Manages multiple wellsite supervisors and coordinates daily completion operations.
Works closely with the Completions Engineer to ensure execution aligns with design.
Oversees logistics, HSE compliance, and vendor performance.

🔹 4. Completions Engineer (Field-Based or Office-Based)

Designs completion strategies and stimulation programs.
Provides real-time technical support to wellsite supervisors.
Analyzes post-job data and adjusts programs accordingly.

🔹 5. Stimulation Supervisor / Frac Supervisor

Supervises hydraulic fracturing jobs and service crews.
Manages pressure pumping operations and fluid systems.
Ensures correct placement, proppant loading, and safety.

🔹 6. Wellsite Leader (Completions Focused)

Senior leadership role at site, often with broader oversight of completions, workovers, and interventions.
Coordinates multiple service lines and reports to the superintendent.
