Fracturing project onsite management involves coordinating and supervising all activities during hydraulic fracturing (frac) operations at the wellsite. The goal is to ensure safe, efficient, and technically sound execution of the stimulation program designed to enhance well productivity.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  1. Pre-Job Coordination 
      • Review frac program and safety procedures.
      • Conduct safety meetings with all vendors and crews.
      • Verify equipment readiness and fluid/chemical inventory.

  2. Execution Monitoring 
      • Supervise pump rates, pressures, and proppant concentrations in real-time.
      • Coordinate between service providers (frac, wireline, coil, chem) and operator.
      • Monitor fluid systems and blending operations.

  3. Data Tracking & Troubleshooting 
      • Record stage data, chemical usage, pressure charts, and any deviations.
      • Troubleshoot operational issues (screen-outs, pressure anomalies).
      • Communicate with engineers to adjust treatment as needed.

  4. Post-Job Activities 
      • Ensure clean-up and proper rig down of equipment.
      • Collect and submit all operational and safety reports.
      • Participate in debriefing and lessons-learned reviews.
